In France, in the midst of Covid 19 lockdown measures, there are still Islamic Terrorists doing what they know best. killing Europeans, and Christians. Today, Catholics were targeted. The narrative is same ol, same ol.

It appears, that the Gullibility of some migrants have been cajoled by ultra-right behavioural engineering so as to trigger a ultra right social reaction to lash out at Migrants and ethnic minorities throughout Europe.

Covid 19 pandemic, becomes an anti-Asian Narrative.

Localised Terrorism, becomes the usual anti-African and Middle Eastern cultures, by Europeans. Anti-Islamism becomes the cloak and the worse excuse of all a Cartoon of Mohammed casus belli, which renders Islamic Terrorists as deranged lunatics looking for any remote excuse to trigger their psychotic rage against Europeans and former Colonialists.

The Black man burden becomes the White man Burden narrative resonates over and over and over again. Again, the anti-Imperialism and anti-Internationalism narrative resonates loudly. The Trotskyism narrative sounds very relevant in this Terrorism playbook.

Covid 19 the Chinese Mea Culpa for American anarchy and dystopia.

The Australian COVID 19 deaths has climbed to 905. Over 800 were Victorian deaths attributed to the rapid community spread from the hotel lockdown debacle and the undisciplined travellers on quarantine who spread the pandemic throughout Victoria, and further. Globally, the pandemic has tipped over a million and a quarter of the deaths are American.

Paradoxically, in China, where the pandemic had begun, the Chinese Government have relaxed their COVID 19 restrictions in the absence of any further outbreaks of the COVID 19 pandemic. 

On Chinese television, a propaganda campaign against the West has highlighted the chaos of the anarchy from the COVID 19 pandemic, particularly, with the impact of the race war in American society. 

The Black Lives Matter race riots has become a focal point of ideological victory for the Chinese Government. Noting that Multiculturalism and especially Black and White racial tensions has become the mea culpa for the Anarchy and dystopia of American society, perhaps, triggered by the COVID 19 pandemic lockdown measures. 

Clearly, the COVID 19 pandemic, has become a sociological and psychological victory for the Chinese propaganda machine. Locally, the Chinese economy has moved marginally into the black, which means their economic recovery is moving forward. 

 When China moves into the positive, Australia and the rest of the region seems to recover economically as well. For the Australian economic recovery, China economic recovery means Australia economic recovery as well. 

In light of the likely reprisals from the anguish felt by the West towards the Chinese, the Chinese military machine has increased exponentially due to the heightened tension from the Western resentment of the COVID 19 pandemic as a Chinese borne pandemic.
